Training sessions for DPO

The “Decision-Makers” training session presents a precise overview of:

• The key issues regarding data protection
• The regulatory environment in place
• The transposition of the General Data Protection Regulation’s obligations

This training program was certified and awarded the CNIL Training Privacy Seal No. 2014-436, expiring: 23/10/2017

The “DPO” training session paves the way for the structuring of the DPO duties and responsibilities and prepares them for the more in-depth role they will have with the transposition of the General Data Protection Regulation:

• the data protection legal framework (law, European Directive, General Data Protection Regulation)
• the duties and responsibilities of the DPO in its current state and what will change with the General Data Protection Regulation
• the main tools they have at their service.

A key component within the European data protection reform, the Data Protection Impact Assessment is detailed, dissected and demonstrated within this training session. Outline of the program:

• Essential steps prior to starting the impact analysis
• Methodology for the risk analysis
• Studying, understanding and implementing the results.

CIL CONSULTING has created two training sessions specifically adapted to the following regulated sectors:

• Data protection applied to the Banking/Finance sector (PSD2, CRD-IV, MiFID, LAB-FT, KYC…). This training session has received the CNIL Privacy Seal on September 29th 2016.
• Data protection applied to the Health/Research sector (E-Health, data centers, connected health solutions, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance…)
