These rates include

• The fully furnished apartment rental, equipped with kitchen area (ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and kitchen utensils), telephone, TV, water and electricity consumption
• bed linen and towels for the number of people booked, a dishcloth, and cleaning products (changed every full week)
• Free access to the outdoor swimming pool of the residence from April to October (heated according to weather conditions)
• Free access to our well-being area featuring sauna, spa baths, and fitness area (not accessible to people under 18)
• Free Wi-Fi

N.B. : complimentary infant bed, according to availability. Reservation requested.

Not included

• tourist tax
• end of stay cleaning if not done by guests before check-out (€55 for a studio, €70 for an apartment)
• Deposit to be paid on arrival: €200. Fully refundable upon check-out after inventory and checking of the apartment’s condition.

Optional services

• Underground parking: €20 per day, €105 per week. Reservation requested. Please note: narrow garage not suitable for some vehicules.
• In-room safe: €4 per day, €20 per week
• animals (dogs must be kept on a leash in all public parts of the residence): €10 per day and per animal ; €45 per week and per animal. Dogs from 1st and 2nd categories are not accepted.
• cleaning during your stay (except kitchen area): €35
• laundry facilities (token-operated): €6 per token, for washing or drying
• Extra linen kit: €20 per kit and per person (duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, face towel, bath mat)

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time: from 5pm.
• Check-out time: before 10am.

All our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the billing of 55 € minimum for deodorisation as well as costs related to the unavailability of the apartment for rent.
