Swimming pools
Our two swimming pools are open from April to October. The ground floor pool also has a wading pool. The rooftop panoramic swimming pool offers a breathtaking view of Fort Carré, the marina, and the Old Town. Its sundeck invites you to enjoy the most beautiful hours of the day.
Reception
RESIDÉAL Antibes welcomes you all year round. Reception staff is on duty 24 hours a day.
Underground parking
Our underground garage is accessible from outside with a code, as well as from the reception.
Bar
Situated between the reception and the garden, our bar and its library are an invitation to relax.
Fitness area
Spacious, sunny, and equipped with high-performance exercise equipment, the fitness room offers a pleasant place to keep fit.

All machines are self-service and coin operated.
The studios and apartments
Main features
RESIDÉAL Antibes comprises 128 studios and apartments in a five-storey building with lifts. There are: studios for 2 people, studios for 4 people, and two-room apartments for up to 6 people.
All the apartments have a balcony or a terrace. The entrance to the residence is equipped with an access ramp for people with reduced/limited mobility. Four studios are specially designed for them
Beds / capacity
- studios for 2 people: living room with twin pull-out beds (90 cm)
- studios for 4 people: living room with twin pull-out beds (90 cm) + alcove with 2 bunk beds (80 cm)
- two-room apartments- for up to 4 people: living room with twin pull-out beds (90 cm). Alcove with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and separate bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) or 1 double bed (160 cm)

Rental mode / Hotel mode
RESIDÉAL Antibes welcomes you all year round. In rental mode, bedding and cleaning products are provided to you on your arrival. A paid cleaning service is also available. In hotel mode, cleaning is done daily. Buffet breakfast is optional.
