These rates include

• rental of the fully furnished and equipped apartment equipped with utensils and crockery, microwave oven, electric hob, refrigerator, land line telephone, water and electricity consumption, as well as access to the residence’s swimming pools
• free Wi-Fi Internet access

Not included

• tourist tax
• end of stay cleaning if not done by guests before check-out (€50 for a studio, €65 for an apartment)
• the rental of the sheets which can be upon arrival (€15 per person and per week)
• Deposit to be paid on arrival: €200. Fully refundable upon check-out after inventory and inspection of the apartment’s condition

Optional services

• private car park: €10 per day, €45 per week
• TV: €10 per day, €25 per week (free of charge in the two-room apartments)
• safe at the reception: €10 per day
• animals (dogs must be kept on a leash in all public parts of the residence): €45 per week per Dogs from 1st and 2nd categories are not accepted
• cleaning services during your stay (except kitchen area): €35
• laundrette: €6 for each washing or drying token

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 5pm.
• Check-out: before 10am.

All our apartments are non-smoking except on the balconies. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the billing of  €55 minimum for deodorisation as well as costs related to the unavailability of the apartment for rent.
